OAKLAND, Calif. – The WWPA East Area will converge this weekend on Erie, Pa., with all 4 groups – Gannon, McKendree, Mercyhurst and Salem – competing within the Curtis Robinette Memorial Invite at Hagerty Occasion Middle – Hallman Aquatics Middle.
The Invite has been organized to commemorate the lifetime of longtime head water polo coach Curtis Robinette, who tragically handed away in 2021 following his second battle with most cancers. Robinette performed a key position in bringing Mercyhurst to the WWPA and is missed by his mates and colleagues within the convention.
