The Dallas Cowboys are meeting with an Ohio State star this week ahead of the 2022 NFL Draft.
Per ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the Cowboys will be meeting with former Buckeyes star wide receiver Chris Olave on Thursday.
Dallas is in need of some help at wideout. The organization traded Amari Cooper to the Browns earlier this offseason. The Cowboys could use another explosive playmaker at wideout. Insert Olave.
The former Ohio State star is one of the best receivers in this year’s class. Will the Cowboys spend the No. 24 overall pick on him?
“Ohio State WR Chris Olave is visiting the Cowboys today, per source,” Schefter said. “Cowboys expressed interest in WR DeVante Parker before he was traded to the Patriots.”
It appears the interest is there between the Cowboys and Chris Olave. But will he still be on the board when the Cowboys make their pick at No. 24?

Receiver rankings are all over the place ahead of the 2022 NFL Draft. Treylon Burks, Jameson Williams, Drake London, Garrett Wilson and Chris Olave are widely viewed as the top available. There’s a good chance all are gone by the time the first round wraps up.
If the Cowboys want a wideout, they’re in a good spot order-wise to get one. Will Chris Olave be the pick? Or should the organization go after another position of need?
The NFL Draft commences on Thursday, Apr. 28.
