There is an update on the injured Orlando Pirates star Paseka Mako who collided with goalkeeper Richard Ofori in the 0-0 draw against Baroka.
Both Mako and Ofori went for the same ball in an attempt to defend their goal posts with the latter playing a sweeper.
However, the situation got messy so much so that there was blood everywhere and Mako had to receive urgent medical attention on the pitch.
The medical team also had to call on the ambulance which later rushed Mako to hospital as his situation didn’t seem to improve.

Now, after having to wait until after the game, the Pirates medical team informed SuperSport TV that Mako had suffered concussion.
Mako was initially unconscious but he had regained his consciousness prior to being picked up by the ambulance to hospital.
And the fact that Mako had to be rushed to hospital clearly points to the seriousness of the injury the Pirates man suffered in the process.
Football fans and players around the country continue to send their thoughts and prayers for Mako to recover from the horrific head injury.
